Systematic Growth-backed Wellma completed the acquisition of The Bar Factory.

Systematic Growth-backed Wellma, a Swedish company within the Systematic Growth platform that develops and produces nutraceuticals and niche pharmaceutical products, completed the acquisition of The Bar Factory, a manufacturer of private-label food bar products.
