Kamstrup completed the acquisition of BD Smart Forsyning from Saint-Gobain.

Kamstrup, company that manufactures and supplies intelligent metering solutions, completed the acquisition of BD Smart Forsyning, a provider of digital solutions to utility companies, from Saint-Gobain, a wholesale distributor of hardware, plumbing, and heating equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "To accelerate the development of digital solutions for the utility industry, we have chosen to acquire and integrate BD Smart Forsyning.
