Falcon Maritime Group, a Danish shipping group active in the handysize dry bulk market, and Copenhagen Commercial Platform, an independent platform for dry bulk shipowners, completed the investment in Oceanpass, a Danish company that develops and provides independent, competitive software for the maritime sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
