Innova Rubbers completed the acquisition of a stake in Veetee Auto.

Innova Rubbers, a company engaged in the business of designing and manufacturing of automotive and industrial rubber moulded and rubber to metal bonded anti vibration parts, completed the acquisition of a stake in Veetee Auto, a distributor in Indian Automotive IAM with its private brand VIR and also a steering and suspension parts manufacturer for tractor OEs and IAM.
