Belmont Healthcare, a provider of progressive elderly care services,, completed the acquisition of 3 care homes from Four Seasons Health Care Group, a provider of care services in the United Kingdom. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are already working with the care teams across all homes to transition them over to our operating model as well as exploring plans to invest in improved and new facilities to enhance the care that is delivered to every resident and their families,” Adam Hutchison, Belmont Healthcare Managing Director.
