Committed Advisors to acquire 35 private equity funds from Peugeot Invest for €227m.

Committed Advisors, an independent private investment firm, agreed to acquire 35 private equity funds from Peugeot Invest, a financial services company, for €227m. "This transaction enables us to focus on the funds that best reflect our strategic direction. It also provides Peugeot Invest with additional financial resources to pursue new investment opportunities with long-term value creation potential over the coming years," Jean-Charles Douin, Peugeot Invest CEO.
