Sojitz, a general trading company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Royal, a healthcare service provider in Singapore. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Sojitz is familiar with Japan’s business landscape, this will aid our market entry there,” Wendy Huang, Royal Healthcare co-founder and chief executive officer.
