Group 1 completed the acquisition of three luxury brand dealerships in Florida and Texas.

Group 1 Automotive, an automotive dealerships and collision centers owner and operator, completed the acquisition of Lexus, Acura, and Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Florida and Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We want to welcome our new Florida and Texas teammates to Group 1.
