Renaissance Partners and Aurora Growth Capital to acquire Genetic from CVC and Pavese Family.

Renaissance Partners, an investment firm, and Aurora Growth Capital, a private equity fund, agreed to acquire Genetic, a pharma Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization, from CVC, an investment firm, and Pavese Family.
