Maverick Aviation completed the acquisition of Maxcraft.

Maverick Aviation, a Canadian-owned aviation services group focused on avionics, instrumentation and non-destructive testing, completed the acquisition of Maxcraft, a company specialized in avionics design, installation and maintenance. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For more than 35 years, Maxcraft has built its reputation on trust, technical depth, and personalized customer care.
