Stonepeak-backed Textainer to acquire Seaco from Bohai Leasing for $1.75bn.

Stonepeak-backed Textainer, a lessor of intermodal containers, agreed to acquire Seaco, a container supplier, from Bohai Leasing, a company in the leasing industry, for $1.75bn. “With the combined expertise and resources of both companies, our business will be better positioned to serve its customers with expanded available inventory and a broader range of container solutions," Olivier Ghesquiere, Textainer Chief Executive Officer.
