Centre Patronal, a Swiss employers' organization, completed the acquisition of Trianon, a personnel and pension fund management company, from La Mobilière, a private insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Among its many services, the Employer Center develops services in the field of occupational pension and human resources. The union of forces with Trianon is therefore natural and promising. It offers both actors prospects for the development of both their services and their clientele," Christophe Reymond, Centre Patronal General Manager.
