Ambienta and Kartesia-backed Babcock Wanson, an international group that designs, sells, and installs industrial process heating equipment, completed the acquisition of Chr. Møller, a Danish company specializing in the design, installation, service, and optimization of industrial heating systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is fully aligned with our long-term vision: to support European manufacturers in their transition to more sustainable, energy-efficient thermal processes,” Cyril Fournier-Montgieux, Babcock Wanson Group CEO.
