Marriott International completed an investment in Concept Hospitality.

Marriott International, a leading global lodging company, completed an investment in Concept Hospitality, a hotel management company primarily known for operating The Fern Hotels & Resorts brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to launch Series by Marriott through our founding deal with CHPL. This deal will help meaningfully expand Marriott’s leading position in India, a key market for the company.
