Newly Weds Foods completed the acquisition of Deyrsburg facility from Develey Mustard & Condiments.

Newly Weds Foods, a global food ingredients manufacturer, completed the acquisition of the Deyrsburg facility from Develey Mustard & Condiments, the US branch of Develey, an European food manufacturer of mustards, sauces, salad dressings and other condiments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration of the Dyersburg facility reinforces our commitment to expanding our presence in the dynamic sauce segment.
