MeasureIt completed the acquisition of Scanmatic from Volue.

MeasureIt, a measurement and data treatment technology company, completed the acquisition of Scanmatic, a measuring and control instrument manufacturing firm, from Volue, a software company in Oslo, Norway. Financial terms were not disclosed. Volue remains committed to ensuring a seamless transition for Scanmatic’s customers and will work closely with the new owner to maintain service continuity.
