Energy Door Company completed the acquisition of Thermoseal from Senneca Holdings.

Energy Door Company, a Canadian manufacturer of high-performance glass doors for commercial refrigeration, completed the acquisition of Thermoseal, a US manufacturer of refrigerated glass doors, from Senneca Holdings. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe in the strength and potential of Thermoseal and Energy Door Company. Together, we will leverage the unique capabilities of both companies to innovate, grow, and achieve even greater success while continuing to put our customer first,” Vincent Brossard, Energy Door Company General Manager.
