Citadel Pacific and Sefas Group to acquire the Indonesian mobility value chain business of Shell Indinesia.

Citadel Pacific, a diversified private holding company, and Sefas Group, an official distributor of Shell lubricant products, agreed to acquire the Indonesian mobility value chain business of Shell Indonesia, a subsidiary company of Shell that operates in the downstream sector in Indonesia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This decision is part of Shell Group’s strategy to transform its portfolio, consistent with the company’s Capital Markets Day commitments."
