Insight Partners-backed SignUp Software, a global leader in financial and AP automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365, completed the acquisition of SKsoft, a provider of banking and treasury automation solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic and monumental combination was powered by global software investor Insight Partners, which will work alongside the leadership team to support continued innovation, geographic expansion, and further strategic acquisitions.
