Jacobs Holding-backed iLERNA, a provider of vocational education, agreed to acquire Universidad Isabel I, a private, state-recognized university located in Burgos, Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This alliance allows us to expand our offerings and support students throughout their academic and professional development, while respecting our core values, which are flexibility, student adaptation, and easy access to quality training," Jordi Giné, iLERNA CEO.
