Tait International, a radio communications company, completed the acquisition of Vital, a provider of mobile radio networks and high speed broadband services for NZD32.1m. “The takeover is a strategic move to expand our market positioning, product offerings and reach in New Zealand. Vital will contribute to Tait’s commitment to enhance New Zealand Mission Critical and Critical Communication markets,” Yoram Benit, PhD, Tait Communications CEO and Managing Director.
