Graham Partners-backed E Tech Group completed the acquisition of JSat Automation.

Graham Partners-backed E Tech Group, an automation engineering and system integration firm, completed the acquisition of JSat Automation, a system integrator specialized in automation, IT/OT convergence, and compliance.
