Mota-Engil, a global engineering and construction company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Empresa Construtora Brasil, a Brazilian construction and infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction that has now taken place is the result of a reinforcement of investment in Brazil following Mota-Engil's entry into ECB's capital at the end of 2012, which culminated in the company's unequivocal growth during this period, with expansion in the Brazilian territory as well as the integration of innovation and diversification of its activities, especially in the Oil & Gas segment."
