Electrosteel Castings, an Indian water infrastructure and pipeline solutions provider, completed the acquisition of TIS Service, an Italian valve manufacturing company specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-precision valves and flow control equipment for water mains and hydroelectric applications, for INR1.5bn. “The acquisition reflects our confidence in the strategic value and capabilities of T.i.S.
