Cedrob to acquire a stake in the goose processing business from Animex Foods and Agri Plus.

Cedrob, a Polish producer of poultry meat, chicks, and animal feed, agreed to acquire a stake in the goose processing business from Animex Foods, a meat company, and Agri Plus, a producer of pigs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The decision on the sale of the goose processing business comes from our desire to focus on areas in which we see the potential for development and the possibility of increasing operational efficiency. We believe that the strategic partner will take over this business, ensuring its further dynamic development,” Jacek Dziełak, Animex Holding President.
