Phenna Group to acquire CivilTest.

Phenna Group, a specialist business focused on the TICC sector, agreed to acquire CivilTest, a company that offers a wide range of geotechnical engineering, consulting, and soil testing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to welcome Civiltest to Phenna Group.
