Telia Eesti to acquire Iglu OU.

Telia Eesti, a telecommunications company, agreed to acquire Iglu OU, a software development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The greatest value of the transaction lies in combining strong software development expertise with Telia's extensive ICT capabilities and customer base. Therefore, Telia will be able to offer its customers a comprehensive service that includes development activities in addition to ICT infrastructure and management,” Kristjan Aiaste, Iglu CEO.
