Onsagers, an intellectual property law and management consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Sildre, a company that provides consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The fact that Sildre and Acapo Onsagers are now sister companies means that we can strengthen Norwegian innovation to an even greater extent and help our customers succeed in an increasingly competitive world," Maria Solem, Sildre CEO.
