Warburg Pincus-backed Service Logic completed the acquisition of AEM Group.

Warburg Pincus-backed Service Logic, a privately held HVAC and energy mechanical services company, completed the acquisition of AEM Group, a provider of building automation controls and services for commercial, manufacturing and industrial sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition expands Service Logic’s footprint into Canada and strengthens its capabilities in smart building technologies, energy management, and automation solutions across commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors," Service Logic statement.
