State Grid International Development Belgium, an investment holding company, completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Ariadne Interconnection, the special purpose vehicle responsible for delivering the Attica–Crete electricity interconnection, from Independent Power Transmission Operator, the transmission system operator, for €62m.
