Haoxin Group to acquire a minority stake in Officine Vica.

Haoxin Group, a company which provides temperature-controlled truckload and urban delivery services, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Officine Vica, a company which produces mechanical components for the automotive, agriculture and industrial machines markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic partnership is expected to enhance the company capabilities and support new opportunities for sustainable growth and product innovation.
