HOYA Vision Care completed the acquisition of Centennial Optical.

HOYA Vision Care, an optical technology company, specializing in eyeglass lenses and vision care solutions, completed the acquisition of Centennial Optical, a Canadian distributor of ophthalmic frames, eyeglass lenses, sunglasses, lab supplies and optical accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic investment expands both our companies' capabilities and enhances our competitive positions in the market while strengthening our partnerships with customers across Canada," Steven Haifawi, HOYA Vision Care President.
