Balder Finland, a commercial and residential properties owner, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of seven industrial and logistics properties from Evli, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This was our fund’s third divestment since last autumn, when we began actively exploring sale opportunities for properties in our closed-end fund. We have now sold all of our commercial properties outside the Helsinki metropolitan area, with the exception of one development property located in Turku. The sale was in line with the fund’s objectives, and the project’s return exceeds the fund’s target return,” Harri Palosaari, Evli Head of the Real Estate Development Fund.
