Rcapital completed the acquisition of Liftec Express from Otis.

Rcapital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Liftec Express, a lifts and escalators installation, maintenance, and modernization company, from Otis, a manufacturer of vertical transportation systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of Liftec Express will allow us to concentrate on the growth of our core Otis UK business, as well as customer delivery and responsiveness that supports successful, long-term partnerships. In turn, Rcapital will be able to focus on growing Liftec Express,” Aleš Korotvička, Otis UK & Nordics Vice President and General Manager.
