CTAIMA completed the acquisition of Provigis from Freelance.com Group.

CTAIMA, a provider of software and services for supplier management, health and safety, ESG, and compliance, has completed the acquisition of Provigis, a French supplier prequalification and supply chain risk management software platform, from Freelancer.com Group, a provider of freelancing and workforce solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today's milestone underscores our commitment to becoming a broadly established and sector-diverse European SCRM leader. This acquisition opens a new chapter for CTAIMA, enabling it to build a larger and more diverse network connecting more than 500k suppliers and nearly 3,5k customers in over 30 countries worldwide," Luis de los Santos, CTAIMA Co-CEO.
