Grupo Jacto, a Brazilian agricultural machinery group, completed the acquisition of Solo Kleinmotoren GmbH, a long-standing German maker of sprayers, blowers, and cutting tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This move will enable Jacto and SOLO to access complementary markets and offer even better products and services to customers around the world. Additionally, the shared technologies between both companies create ideal conditions for synergy in new product development, manufacturing, and distribution,” Ricardo Nishimura, Grupo Jacto Chairman.
