Pandox and Eiendomsspar to acquire Dalata Hotel Group for €1.4bn.

Pandox, a hotel property company, and Eiendomsspar, a property management company, agreed to acquire Dalata Hotel Group, a hotel company, for €1.4bn. "Dalata's portfolio consists of and highly profitable hotels in strong locations, which will further expand Pandox’s footprint in several large, dynamic and growing hotel markets in Northern Europe," Liia Nõu, Pandox CEO.
