Legrand to acquire Linkk Busway Systems.

Legrand, a multinational supplier of products and systems for electrical and digital building infrastructures, agreed to acquire Linkk Busway Systems, a designer and manufacturer of bus duct trunking systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to announce this acquisition, our third since the beginning of the year.
