ILI Technology to acquire TCON assets from MediaTek $150m.

ILI Technology, a Taiwan-based display driver IC design company, agreed to acquire discrete timing controller assets from MediaTek, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in wireless communications and digital multimedia solutions, for $150m.
