Great Hill Partners to make a majority investment in Peter Park.

Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to make a majority investment in Peter Park, a provider of digital parking solutions, with an additional minority investment from ARBANOVA Familienstiftung and Peter Park's management team. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see a significant runway for growth in this market, and we believe Peter Park stands out from the competition with its highly sophisticated platform, seamless on-site implementation, and a truly customer-first approach.
