Dovesco-backed WorkWear Group completed the acquisition of Belconfect and Shoeteq.

Dovesco-backed WorkWear Group, a company specializing in manufacturing and supplying industrial workwear, completed the acquisition of Belconfect, a company designing and manufacturing personalized workwear and safety clothing, and Shoeteq, a brand of professional safety footwear. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration of Belconfect within The Workwear Group fits perfectly into our long-term strategy. With this acquisition, we combine expertise in custom-made workwear and safety clothing with our existing range, enhancing our ability to offer integrated solutions,” Veronique Mulliez, WorkWear Group CEO.
