White Summit Capital-backed Transiziona completed the acquisition of 231 MW solar and wind portfolio from Greenvolt Group and Green Mind Ventures for €195m.

White Summit Capital-backed Transiziona, a platform created to consolidate renewable projects in Spain, completed the acquisition of 231 MW solar and wind portfolio, a 28 projects in Spain including 145 MW at near-completion and 86 MW greenfield development platform, from Greenvolt Group, a renewable energy project developer focused on wind, solar, and biomass, operating across Europe, and Green Mind Ventures, a developer, acquirer, and financier of renewable energy projects, for €195m. “This transaction in Spain, which follows recent divestments in Poland, clearly demonstrates Greenvolt’s ability to develop large-scale renewable projects at various stages and across different technologies.
