Jan Hotels completed the acquisition of Pentahotel Prague from Aroundtown for €50m.

Jan Hotels, a hospitality company that offers modern and boutique accommodations, completed the acquisition of Pentahotel Prague, a modern hotel that aims to serve both business travellers and leisure guests, from Aroundtown, a publicly traded real estate company that focuses on acquiring and managing income-generating properties, for €50m. “Our strategy is clear: grow smart, stay profitable, and deliver unique experiences to distinct target groups.
