Easyfairs completed the acquisition of EPHJ.

Easyfairs, an exhibition organiser, completed the acquisition of EPHJ, an organizer of the international trade show. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We built this show together with the exhibitors, in alignment with their concerns and in their best interests.
