PetroReconcavo to acquire a 50% stake in the midstream natural gas infrastructure assets from Brava Energia for $65m.

PetroReconcavo, an onshore oil and gas exploration and production operator, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in the midstream natural gas infrastructure assets from Brava Energia, an independent oil and gas company, for $65m.
