Investindustrial completed the acquisition of Fatro Group.

Investindustrial, a private equity firm that invests in the industrial manufacturing, consumer services, retail, leisure and business services sectors, completed the acquisition of Fatro, an Italian pharmaceutical company specializing in veterinary medicine. Financial terms were not disclosed.
