Maximum Effort, an investment vehicle owned by actor Ryan Reynolds, completed the acquisition of Australian SailGP Team, a national sailing franchise competing in the global SailGP championship, from SailGP, an Rolex Championship international sailing competition. Financial terms were not disclosed.
