Sanoh Industrial completed the acquisition of Winkelmann Powertrain Mexico from Winkelmann Group for €15m.

Sanoh Industrial, an automotive parts manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Winkelmann Powertrain Mexico, a company that manufactures and distributes automotive parts, from Winkelmann Group, a metal processing company, for €15m.
