Concentra Biosciences to merge with Elevation Oncology in a $26.4m deal.

Concentra Biosciences, known for its expertise in clinical trial simulations and drug interaction predictions, agreed to merge with Elevation Oncology, an innovative oncology company, in a $26.4m deal. The Elevation Oncology Board of Directors has unanimously determined that the acquisition by Concentra is in the best interests of all Elevation Oncology stockholders and has approved the Merger Agreement and related transactions.
