Kandhari Global Beverages completed the acquisition of Wave Beverages for INR10bn.

Kandhari Global Beverages, an Indian bottling partner for The Coca-Cola Company, operating bottling and distribution operations in northern India, completed the acquisition of Wave Beverages, a franchisee bottler and distributor for Coca-Cola in several districts, engaging in bottling, production of beverages, and distribution across its franchise territory, for INR10bn. The acquisition allows Kandhari Global to expand its reach in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, further consolidating its position as one of Coca-Cola’s largest independent bottlers in India. This deal follows Kandhari’s earlier acquisition of Coca-Cola’s North Gujarat bottling business from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages.
